How To Use
For adults add 1-2 cups of these bath salts to warm water and soak in it for at least 20-40 minutes.
For children add 1/2 cup of these bath salts. Adding 1 tbsp of coconut oil is highly beneficial.
Safety
Do not have a detox bath if you are pregnant, have open sores, dehydrated or have a heart problem.
Do no add soap into the water because it will interfere with the salts.
