Soothing Lavender Detox Bath Salt –


Toxins are in the air we breathe, the food we eat, the medications we take and in the water we drink. Toxins cause irritation, harm and destruction in the body if left unchecked. A detox bath is one of the best ways to help boost the body’s natural skin/sweat detoxification system.

When To Have A Detox Bath

  • To soothe headaches, achy joints or sore muscles

  • Reduce inflammation

  • Regulate enzyme activity

  • Improve absorption of nutrients

  • Promote a good night’s sleep

  • The first sign of a cold/flu

  • To help speed up the healing process when you are ill

  • To relieve detox symptoms

  • To help relax children

How To Use

  • For adults add 1-2 cups of these bath salts to warm water and soak in it for at least 20-40 minutes.

  • For children add 1/2 cup of these bath salts. Adding 1 tbsp of coconut oil is highly beneficial.

Safety

  • Do not have a detox bath if you are pregnant, have open sores, dehydrated or have a heart problem.

  • Do no add soap into the water because it will interfere with the salts.
